The Apostle MiniMax® High Efficiency cfNAs Isolation Kit is designed for manual or automated extraction of high‑quality DNA and RNA with high yield from 50 cell‑free plasma or serum samples of 1 mL each. The kit provides efficient recovery of DNA ≥80 bp and cfRNA ≥17 nt, including miRNA and other small RNAs. The isolated cfDNA/RNA supports a broad range of downstream applications, including sequencing, PCR and other workflow steps.
